3 Chump Lamb Chops

All our lamb is locally sourced from County Cork, is naturally grass-fed, and then dry-aged and matured.

These boneless lamb chops come from the top of the leg and are extremely tender. They are perfect for the grill, bbq, or pan. Simply season and cook! Garlic and rosemary work well with these chops.
